Christchurch – Your adventure begins as we depart from the Garden City and head north towards Kaikoura. Your personal driver-guide will share fascinating insights and highlights of Christchurch along the way, offering a personalized touch to the journey.

Cheviot (15 min) – We’ll make a brief stop in Cheviot, a hidden gem along one of New Zealand’s largest coastal routes. This is the perfect spot to stretch your legs and enjoy a refreshing break. Afterward, we'll continue through the scenic Hundalee Hills, where you may spot surfers and local wildlife, including seals. The route offers stunning views, so feel free to take in the breathtaking surroundings.

Kaikoura (4.5 hrs) – The highlight of your day: Upon arrival in Kaikoura, your guide will take you to a local fish and chip shop for a delicious lunch. Afterward, you’ll have the freedom to explore Kaikoura at your own pace or join your guide for a leisurely stroll along the Peninsula. To make the most of your time, you can add an activity of your choice—whether it’s a whale watching tour, a scenic flight, or a relaxing coastal walk. However, if you prefer a more relaxed pace, there’s plenty of sightseeing and leisurely moments to enjoy.

Waipara – If time allows, we can make a stop at Waipara, a renowned wine region nestled among lush vineyards and rolling hills. Here, you can indulge in a wine tasting experience at a family-owned vineyard. If wine isn’t your preference, beer tastings are available as well.
