Itinerary: 

Hermitage Rear Lobby (2:20pm) - Be waiting at 2:20pm to depart Mt Cook Village. We’ll pause to soak in breathtaking views of Aoraki/Mt Cook, New Zealand’s highest peak at 3,724m. On clear days, you'll be treated to awe-inspiring views of the mountain, even from the village, which sits just 750m above sea level. 

Lake Pukaki – As we drive along one of the world’s most scenic roads, Lake Pukaki will come into view, framed by Aoraki/Mt Cook and the Southern Alps. Its vibrant turquoise waters are truly iconic. Don’t forget to snap some incredible photos and keep an eye out for locations where scenes from Lord of the Rings were filmed!

 Lake Tekapo (5 min)  – After leaving Mt Cook behind, we head towards the stunning Lake Tekapo. It's a perfect spot for those Instagram-worthy moments. Take time to explore the Church of the Good Shepherd and meet the famous Mackenzie Dog statue before we continue our journey. 

Geraldine – As we head towards Christchurch, we pass through charming high country towns and scenic passes, making a brief stop in the picturesque town of Geraldine before continuing on to our final destination. 

Christchurch – Upon arriving in Christchurch, your guide will point out key highlights as we make our way to your drop-off location.
